From the very beginning in assisting me through the process as I have never used an inhouse carer and providing a suitable carer who in turn was excellent

Carer settled in well with service user, providing excellent care.
- M
Very good a providing the service at short notice but sometimes difficult to contact, and didn't realise it was just an introduction service.
- F
Despite not actually proceeding owing to fact parent eventually wanted to move into care home, the level of service provided from the outset was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The advice, hints and follow-up were all very reassuring in a situation of which we had no prior experience. Thank you for all the time spent giving us crucial information and guidance.

way too many terms and conditions. makes it difficult to decide length of care and costs of contract terminations, together with periods you get a carer for. thats why ive downrated their vakue for money,

e are very pleased with the carer Edyn recommended, and they are an easy company to deal with clear contracts and procedures. The only annoyance was the expectation of multiple Zoom calls. This seemed like an unnecessary burden when so much else needed to be arranged.

I liked the way I was able to choose a carer. I was sent a profile of 2 carers to care for my mother. A 30 minute interview online was arranged. It's always nice to have spoken to someone prior to them arriving to deliver care. Felt the process of setting up care was professional. Like the fact a registered nurse is part of the care team. The carer has been with my mother for just 4 days and can see my mother is very settled and happy. Previous company Helping Hands felt it was all about mo

Friendly, empathetic and informative from start. Have provided excellently matched carer for my father-in-law resulting in vast improvement in health and mood - he is happier now than he has been in years. Pricing structure is clear and very competitive. On line system for daily health and activity reports, accessible by family, really useful. Reviews from clients and staff were excellent and verified by our experience and we feel as if we are part of the 'Edyn family'. Cannot recommend highly e

Terrible company - my poor dad was treated very badly we had 6 live in Carers over a 7 month period 4 of which had a safeguarding complaint upheld against them one was even investigated by the police. The hourly Carers were no better ,breaching data protection by discussing my dads care with other clients. Management refused to speak to us if we raised a concern and one Manager also breached GDPR sending staff personal details to us a client in error. Over the 8 months we were with them dad was

Helping Hands have dealt with my complaint, but we were left without care for 24 hours on the day we found out my mum was end of life. Communication was poor. Also after my mum passed we never heard from them apart from a bill. The complaint appeared to be sorted but have not had a revised bill only a statement with old amount. Having said that Esther the carer was fantastic. Its just the offices that let us down
