e are very pleased with the carer Edyn recommended, and they are an easy company to deal with clear contracts and procedures. The only annoyance was the expectation of multiple Zoom calls. This seemed like an unnecessary burden when so much else needed to be arranged.

I liked the way I was able to choose a carer. I was sent a profile of 2 carers to care for my mother. A 30 minute interview online was arranged. It's always nice to have spoken to someone prior to them arriving to deliver care. Felt the process of setting up care was professional. Like the fact a registered nurse is part of the care team.
