We take our mission To provide excellent care seriously.Lifted was founded by our CEO following her struggle To find great care For her mum When she was diagnosed With dementia at the age Of 56. The mission Of provide great care Is therefore a deeply personal one For us. Driven by our values And our state Of the art technology, we are raising the quality of care for families whilst also improving working conditions for our Carers.
We have won numerous awards for the quality of our services for which we are really proud.Unlike many Care providers, we are regulated by the Care Quality Commission. You can therefore expect safety And competence from us. We are also a full-service agency, meaning that we take care of everything for you in the arrangement And roll out of care. This allows you to get back to enjoying time with your loved ones! To attract the best Carers (And because it Is the right thing to do), we are one of only 2% of care companies who employ And pay their Carer's the real Living Wage.
We take their progress And development seriously And Do so much more that simply linking up families With Carers. This allows us To train And review our Carers To ensure that they meet our standards. It also allows us To Get To know our Carers better, helping us To match them With the right families. We offer the families we support access To our free app which gives notification When Carer`s arrive And leave, provides updates On how you / your loved one are getting On And records what has been achieved during visits. We can even share photos Of Lifted moments! We provide both live-In And hourly care And are able To support clients With a wide range Of requirements, From companionship to specific conditions such as Dementia, Alzheimer`s, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinsons And Arthritis.
For visiting care we start at 10 hours each week with each visit being n 1 hour Or more (at £23/ hour). For our live-in care, we start at £1,250/ week.
