This is a small agency run by an excellent team, which offers a very personalised service to the clients, and a complete carer management service, they organise and manage the carers on a day-to-day basis, making sure that all eventualities are covered, carer illness, carer holidays, due diligence, groceries, prescription/tablet collection, and monitoring, doctors’ visits, etc.
I have been very impressed by their attention to detail, and of the positive attitude throughout this organisation, to provide quick, polite, helpful, and kind customer service.
The quality of the carers has also been excellent, caring, and offering "real tender loving care" to my mother.
One additional unique selling point is the smartphone software - there the daily routines are noted, fluid intake, social visits, meals, tablets, body washes, oral care, diet, essential things for ensuring attention to detail, and due diligence.
